Did you know that the roof of the Missouri History Museum is outfitted with solar panels? In April 2014 the Museum installed 100 Micro Grid panels on the southwest side of the Emerson Center roof. In the first four months of use, the Museum produced a total of 16.9MWh of renewable energy, saving 9.88 tons of CO2
production. That's the equivalent of driving 37,113 miles or planting 230 trees!
