Upcoming Environmental Movies

On Tuesday, April 14, the History on the Side series celebrates Earth Month with two short films that explore the history of conservation in Missouri.  Join us from noon to 1pm for Two Birds, One Stone The CCC in Missouri, which tells the story of the Civilian Conservation Corps camps, the boys who lived in them, and the impact their work had on Missouri conservation.  This film will be followed by the Missouri Department of Conservation's The Promise Continues Celebrating 75 Years of MDC, which celebrates the history of the formerly titled Missouri Conservation Commission and its plans for future generations.

Each film is 30 minutes long. Brown bag lunches are welcome.
